Ardd + Winter, Inc

Was founded in 1968 by Bobby Ardd, Sr. and Clint Winter. These two independent business men found themselves competing on a daily basis with a very small staff of people and limited line cards. They merged their resources together to form one of the most stable and sustainable manufactures rep firms in the lighting industry today. Based on the American dream of business ownership, a lot of hard work, and a competitive entrepreneurial spirit Ardd + Winter has grown through the years to be one of the most respected rep firms in the lighting industry.

Following the death of Bobby Ardd, Sr. in 1997 the company continues to be guided by Bobby Ardd, Jr. In 2006 Marty Hall joined Bobby as an officer and principal of the company and in 2007 Matt Bobo was also made an officer and principal.  Both Matt and Marty have many years of service in the agency and will use their knowledge and experience to help lead the company into the future. We are pleased that all three members of the management team are CPMR certified and Bobby Ardd is currently studying for his MBA in Business at Auburn University with a May 2012 graduation date.

Just north of Atlanta, our corporate office is located at 4250 River Green Parkway, Suite A in Duluth, Georgia. We also have small satellite offices in Americus, Georgia and Savannah, Georgia to serve our customers in southwest and southeast Georgia more efficiently.
